Recent Changes...

You would think that a trip down-unda’ would make you want to sleep… Do you remember those professors in college classes saying you need to multiply this by that to get this squared to that…? Well we squared something alright….

What have you been doing at HostICan?

Well, you know that slowly but surely does it? That’s funny because we all seem to be running around at HostICan improving things. Some of the new rollouts that we have been implementing for our customers:

Completed ASP support, RoR, and PHP4/5 on reseller hosting! Now that was fun! I know we loved it. So we can now safely say that HostICan has PHP4/5, RoR, FastCGI, and many other key features on all of its plans!

Checkout process

Remember those days where it took you like 6 pages to get the order completed? Well, you can safely count on those days being over. The new checkout process makes everything fit into one process that is streamlined and easy. A couple clicks and your done. – We were well impressed with some of changes that were implemented…

IP Space

Did you know that many hosting companies don’t own their own IP space but rent it out?

Well, not HostICan. We successfully got an allocation from ARIN (American Registry for Internet Numbers) that allows us to have unique IP’s that belong to us. The benefits mean faster customer support and less hassle for customers when they need something IP specific done.

Roadmap for 2007

There are many new things that we plan to do as we move into 2007. However, you can be certain that we will have many new promotions that we are offering during the next year. We have been kind of slow this year due to certain circumstances. However, next year you will see many new and interesting promotions.

Here is the fun part (Did you know…)

That HostICan has been named the largest web hosting provider in Richmond, VA? That’s correct. HostICan is the largest in the Richmond area. Thanks to the support of our customers and partners we have been able to make this happen, so we would like to take the time to thank you all for allowing us to be the #1 Web Hosting Provider in Richmond, VA.

HostICan is growing at a exponential rate. We’ve seen signups that most companies can only dream of, day in and day out. We’re adding new product lines all the time. Growth can be a great thing, but it can also become a growth pain, that’s exactly why we are hiring more staff! Stay tuned for more about the coming jobs at HostICan.
